CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 PM.

CHECK OUT TIME: 12:00 AM.

REQUEST FOR RESERVATIONS PER WEB PAGE: By this means you will make a reservation request with the characteristics of your choice. The system automatically issues an email indicating that your reservation request has been received. The Hotel Reception Staff will contact you to confirm your reservation information and be able to successfully complete your reservation.

RESERVATIONS GUARANTEED WITH CREDIT CARD: The hotel requires a credit card to guarantee the reservation.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS WITH DEPOSIT / TRANSFER: Deposit of the first night of lodging with at least 48 hours in advance, it is required to present deposit slip at check-in.

RESERVATIONS NOT GUARANTEED LOW OCCUPATION << 5PM >>: In low occupancy, unsecured reservations will be canceled at 5:00 PM.

NON-GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS HIGH OCCUPANCY On high occupancy dates we only accept guaranteed reservations

CANCELLATION BETWEEN WEEK Cancellations received more than 24 hours in advance without cost except groups / Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the first night of penalty.

CANCELLATION WEEKEND Cancellations made 48 hours in advance without cost except groups / Cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance will be charged the first night of penalty.

NO SHOWS Penalty for the first night of stay.

EARLY DEPARTURES Penalty of the total stay if this does not exceed 3 nights.

LOW OCCUPATION Monday to Thursday.

HIGH OCCUPATION Friday to Sunday, Holidays, Holiday Bridges, Easter and Easter, Sayula Carnival.

MINORS Only accompanied by their parents.

PETS We accept dogs and cats less than 20 kg previous reservation and availability sleeping in the guest room is not allowed access to restaurant, bar, meeting room, pool, spa and art gallery. When traveling through the rest of the areas, it should be on a leash.

TRANSFERS We have the option of contacting you with an intermediary who does the transportation service. The client releases the hotel from any civil liability in case of accidents.
